Paul Molloy, CEO
Paul Molloy joined Datascope Corporation in New Jersey in 1989, where he managed the international Cardiac Assist business until 1996. He has progressed through senior management positions at Baxter CVG (now Edwards), US Surgical Corporation (now part of Covideon) and Radiance Medical Systems (a NASDAQ listed company) which merged with Endologix in 2002. In February 2003 Paul was appointed President and Managing Director at LMA International N.V, and was instrumental in the 2005 initial public offering of the firm at a market capitalization in excess of $300 million. Paul has twenty years of medical device experience in large corporations and venture funded businesses at the Board level. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and was a CRNA in clinical practice until 1989.

Al Diaz, Vice President of Operations
Al has over 25 years of experience in medical device manufacturing and operations, including heart valves, lasers and fiber optic delivery systems for cardiovascular applications. Al started his career in Quality Assurance in 1977 with Shiley Surgical Division (later Pfizer). He has significant corporate experience in senior management operations in large and small firms including Baxter (now Edwards); Advanced Interventional Systems (merged with Spectranetics); Laerdal USA; Biolase Technology and Sorin Biomedica, Italy (where he lived for 2 years). Al has consulted for the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) as Interim Trustee, Medtronic/Baxter (Avecor Blood Pump System technology transfer). He served as a Board member for Cardiac Output Technologies, Inc. (formerly Polycomp Services) and as Managing Director of Polycomp Investment Group LLC. Al holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of LaVerne and a two year certificate program in World Class Operations from the University of California-Irvine.

Steve Hanlon, Vice President of R&D
Steve brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in medical device technology research and development, with areas of focus including neurovascular devices, stereotactic radiosurgery, image-guided surgery, electrosurgery, and dialysis products. He was previously vice president of research and development for Boston Scientific’s Neurovascular Division, where he oversaw a 100-person multi-disciplinary department and numerous successful product launches. Prior to Boston Scientific, he served as vice president of operations for Photoelectron Corp. as well as vice president and general manager of the Radionics division of Tyco Healthcare (now Covidien). Steve has BS and MS degrees in electrical engineering, plus an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Rosa Liu, Vice President of Finance
Rosa is an experienced finance executive with a proven record of accomplishments in dynamic and complex corporations, and has extensive experience with all aspects of the M&A process as well as establishing and maintaining sound fiscal practices and controls. She holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from New York University.

Mirek Navratil, VP Sales and Marketing
Mirek Navratil is a physician who started his industry career at ARROW International’s European division. Over the ten-year period prior to ARROW’s acquisition by Teleflex, Mirek progressed through various general management and regional responsibilities within ARROW’s European business establishing a track record of strong double-digit organic growth and rapidly developing direct organizations. As a member of the European Board for Sales, Marketing and Business Development he was one of the key leaders designing and executing strategies for the Critical Care and the Cardiac Care portfolios. After the acquisition of ARROW International by Teleflex Medical, Mirek was instrumental in coordinating a smooth portfolios merger and broad planning strategies as the Marketing Director EMEA for the entire Critical Care business in excess of $250 million. In addition to his medical degree Mirek holds an MBA from the Chicago DePaul University with a concentration on Marketing and Finance.

Kim is an accomplished Regulatory Affairs executive with strategic experience working towards aggressive clinical and regulatory goals for innovative device companies. She is a registered nurse who also earned a BS in Computer Technology at Purdue, and an MBA from Indiana University.
